What is the Costa Coffee Club?
The Costa Coffee Club is a way to collect points and save money in participating Costa stores. You'll get 5 points for every €/£1 you spend and each point is worth €/£0.01. So as your points build up you can spend them on your favourite food and drink in store.
How do I register my Coffee Club Card?
It's easy. Register here and you can start earning points in next to no time.
How do I add a new card?
It couldn't be simpler. You can do that by logging into your account.
How do I merge my Coffee Club accounts?
Got several accounts? Want all your points in one place? No problem, just follow the link.
How do I report a lost, stolen or damaged card?
Sorry, it's really annoying when that happens isn't it? Not to worry though. Enter your registered email address and password here to access your Coffee Club account and you can sort it out in no time.
How do I update my account information?

How do I change my password?

Can I use my Coffee Club card in any Costa store?
You can use your Coffee Club card in participating stores in Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales. You will not be able to use the card in some of our corporate stores, for example Applegreen Service Stations and Odeon Cinema stores. We are working on this, so please look out for updated communications in these stores. To find your closest store, please visit our Store Locator.
How do I know the Coffee Club card is accepted in the Costa store?
Participating stores will display various posters inside and/or outside the store, such as on the external door, menu board and at the till points. If you're unsure, please ask a member of the in store team.
How do I collect Coffee Club card points?
You can collect points on all food and drink purchased at participating Costa stores. Every time you buy food and drink and swipe your card you'll earn points. For every full €/£1 you spend at the till on food and drink, you'll collect 5 points. And when you've collected enough points, you can redeem them against any food or drink.
How do I spend points?
Each point equals €/£0.01 when redeemed against a purchase. When you've collected enough points, you can redeem them against your selected food or drink for free. For example, 200 points = €/£2.00.
Which food and drinks can I redeem against?
Any food or drink offered in participating stores, excluding alcohol. This means any coffee, tea, hot chocolate or cold beverage, soft drinks, savoury food, cakes, or snacks.
How can I join the Costa Coffee Club?
It's easy to join, all you have to do is pick up a card at a participating store. To enjoy the full benefits of the Costa Coffee Club, register your card here and you will collect 100 free bonus points. You will also receive monthly statements and exclusive bonus points promotions by email, and protection for your card against loss, theft or damage.
What benefits can I expect by registering my card?
You will receive 100 free bonus points by registering. We will send you monthly statements and exclusive bonus points promotions, as well as on what's happening in store. By registering, it will also be security protected; and what's more, if you lose or damage your card we'll replace it and the points balance free of charge. Register your new card today here.

If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your Coffee Club card, please make changes through the Costa website. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your details.

Can I protect the points on my card?
Yes. To secure against loss or theft all you need to do is register your card online. Registration is easy and only takes about 3 minutes. If your card is lost or stolen, immediately return to this website, login and report the loss. You can then cancel your card and we will post you a replacement card credited with your remaining balance.
What happens if the card is stolen and used before I report it?
Unfortunately, we can only transfer your unused points and money balance to a replacement card once the card has been reported lost. We cannot reimburse any balance used in between the loss of the card and you visiting this website and reporting it lost.
If I report a card lost and then find it again, can I report it found?
Unfortunately, no. Once a card has been reported lost or stolen, the card is cancelled and the balance transferred. Once it's transferred, we can't reverse this. Your new card will be posted out to you as soon as possible, and in the meantime, just keep your receipts, and one of our Team Members will be happy to add the points for you once you get your new card.
Is there a charge for this replacement card service?
No. This is a free service to all cardholders. However, Costa reserves the right to charge a fee if you request a replacement card twice within 6 months.
Can I register more than one card at the same time?
Yes. You can register all of your cards at the same time, or as and when you acquire new cards. However, each Coffee Club card can only be registered in the name of an individual, not shared between multiple people. Only one card may be registered in the name of each individual.
Can I use my card at the Costa concession at work or in a petrol station?
No unfortunately it is not possible to use your Coffee Club card at a Costa concession or in a petrol station at present. However the number of stores that accept Coffee Club is growing all the time, if you're unsure please ask one of the team before you purchase.
Does my card have an expiry date?
No. However, if inactive for a period of one year or more, your card will become invalid and the remaining balance will not be transferable to a new card and cannot be refunded.
Can I use my Costa Coffee Club card at Costa Express machines?
Unfortunately not. Costa Express is currently not a part of the Costa Coffee Club programme. If there is any changes to this in the future, Coffee Club Members will be notified by email.

Costa Express has a lot to offer businesses too. In airports and railway stations, hospitals and universities, convenience stores, forecourts and serviced buildings, there's always time for a quick, refreshing Costa coffee on the go. We currently work with more than 900 partners across the UK, including contract catering and facilities management companies. Just add fresh milk and watch your revenues grow.
